Refund Policy

1. Overview
Link345 Shopping TV is operated by Sands Limited T/A Link345. All payments for credit packs are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. This means your payment contract is with Paddle, and refunds are handled through Paddle's refund process.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchasing a credit pack if you have not used any of the credits from that pack. Once credits have been used (i.e., you have generated or regenerated a video script), the credit pack is considered consumed and is not eligible for a full refund.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents the Service from functioning as described (for example, repeated video generation failures due to a platform error), we will work with you to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion, proportional to the unused credits remaining.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@link345.tv with the subject line “Refund Request” and include your account email address and the date of purchase. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
Since Paddle is the Merchant of Record, approved refunds are processed through Paddle. The refund will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider but typically take 5–10 business days after approval.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available in the following situations: credit packs where credits have already been used; dissatisfaction with the creative output of a video (since you have the ability to edit scripts and preview clips before final assembly); requests made more than 14 days after purchase; or cases where the account has been suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
5. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing disputes promptly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended until the dispute is resolved.
