Product data: When you submit a product for video generation, we collect the product name, description, price, features, images, and seller name. This information is used solely to generate your video and is sourced from your Link345 product listing.

Usage data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, video generation history, and credit transaction records. This helps us improve the platform and provide customer support.

Payment data: We do not collect, process, or store your payment card details. All payment processing is handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Please refer to Paddle's Privacy Policy for information about how they handle your payment data.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: provide and maintain the Service; generate video content from your product data; process your credit purchases (via Paddle); communicate with you about your account and videos; improve and develop new features for the platform; ensure compliance with our content moderation policies; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

To provide the Service, we share certain data with the following categories of third-party providers:

AI service providers: Product data (name, features, price) is shared with our AI partners to generate scripts, presenter videos, and product visuals. These providers process data under their respective privacy policies and data processing agreements.

Payment processor: Paddle.com acts as our Merchant of Record and processes all payments. When you make a purchase, Paddle collects your payment information directly. We receive transaction confirmation details but never your card number or banking information.

Cloud infrastructure: Your generated videos and product data are stored using cloud hosting services with industry-standard security practices.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and generated videos for as long as your account is active. Credit transaction records are retained for accounting and legal compliance purposes. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please contact us at support@link345.tv. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations requiring us to retain certain records.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
